What is Kyros Protocol?

Kyros is a liquid (re)staking protocol that allows users to stake their assets and benefit from increased yields through the extra restaking rewards.

How do I get started?

Simply connect your Web3 wallet (like Phantom or Backpack), deposit your assets, and (re)stake your SOL or your JTO.

What are kySOL and kyJTO?

kySOL and kyJTO are the liquid (re)staking tokens of the Kyros Protocol. They represent your SOL/JTO position and can be used across a wide range of DeFi protocols.

What is (Re)staking?

Liquid restaking on Solana, as developed by Jito, offers a versatile framework where staked assets can be reallocated across different validators while maintaining liquidity. This system supports a variety of staking configurations, enabling flexible validator reassignment, custom slashing rules, and operator management.

How is the APY calculated?

For Solana, the APY is calculated based on the JitoSOL yield, which earns staking and MEV rewards, to which we add the rewards from the NCNs. For Jito (JTO), the APY is solely based on the NCN rewards.

Is there a lock-up period?

It takes at least two full epochs (an epoch is approximately two days on Solana) to unstake your assets. If you can't wait, you can always sell your liquid (re)staking tokens on Jupiter or Raydium.
